Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using EasyGuard VPN. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EasyGuard (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Service Description

3. Account Registration
To use the Service you must:
- Provide a valid email address.
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others.
- Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Engage in any activity that is illegal under applicable law.
- Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content.
- Attempt to access systems without authorisation.
- Harass, threaten, or harm other people.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, semi-annually, or annually) as selected at sign-up. All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes.
A 24-hour free trial is included with new subscriptions. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time unless required by applicable law.
6. Device Limits
Each subscription allows up to 5 simultaneous device connections. Exceeding this limit may result in disconnection of earlier sessions.
7. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or take the Service offline temporarily without prior notice.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in activity we reasonably believe is harmful to us, our users, or the public. You may also delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use the Service at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyGuard and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
