2. No-Logs Policy

We do not log, monitor, or record your VPN activity. Your browsing history, DNS queries, traffic content, IP address (while connected), or the timestamps of individual connections are never stored on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the EasyGuard VPN service.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Send essential service communications (account verification, billing receipts).
• Comply with legal obligations where we are compelled to do so.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share limited data with trusted service providers (e.g. payment processors) who are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only to perform services on our behalf.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data.
